Updated messages on purchase & delivery date & Courier.
Quickly dispatched and requests taken note of. Quality product for my pet dog. Disappointed with how much delivery charges are though.

Giordano is excellent which is more than I can say about the Courier. They delivered to the wrong address and didn't follow my instructions should I not be able to answer the door.

Boiler not functioning

It would be good if an Engineer fixed my boiler. A third visit is scheduled for today. After the 3rd visit and 2 new parts fitted, it is hoped a satisfactory result can be achieved.

Worry free pet insurance.

There's a great relationship between my Vet's claims, on my behalf, and Animal Friends. I have had a substantial increase in my advance Excess Payment which is due to the amount of claims on my dog. Nevertheless, I am worry free regarding Vets fees, thanks to the efficiency of the Vets and Animal Friends. Up to date, I can recommend Animal Friends to anyone needing worry free insurance cover for their pet.

A man for the job!

In the past, I've not been so pleased with British Gas, aka PHJones. I've had to call them to rectify a repair or complete a service properly. This time I had an Engineer who knew what was what and fixed a long-standing fault on the pressure valve by replacing it. Therefore, this Engineer gets the thumbs up👍 👍 for replacing the said valve, and all is as it should be now. This Engineer was respectful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Delivery on time and driver respected my property and followed instructions. The Live plants were damaged and probably can't be saved from the bin!

Easy ways to order.

Easy ways to order including: Nutriment website, telephone order line, Amazon or your nearest pet supply store. My request for DHL to be used for my deliveries was accepted and the Receptionist listened and noted all my delivery requests. A relatively stress free experience.

Goods delivery.

The service from Nutriment was very good. The product is very good. I have 2 issues and the first is the containers are black plastic which cannot be recycled in my area. The reason is the machinery they use for sorting can't recognise the colour black. Perhaps a different colour will prevent these containers going into landfill. Secondly, the Courier, DPD, have failed to deliver to my door. They just leave the frozen dog food goods in my garden. They can't be bothered to knock on my door or ring the door bell. Fortunately on this occasion, my Neighbour spotted the box of 10 trays and brought them to me. I am disabled so it's a must for goods to be brought to my door. In the past, the order had to be destroyed as it was left in my garden and it was there for 3 days until a friend spotted it laying in the garden in all weathers. I was
reimbursed by Nutriment. I have asked that DPD be not used to deliver my orders, ever. But my request seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Quite frankly, this issue puts me off reordering which is a shame as the dog food is a very good product. With respect, I hope these issues can be improved upon.

We understand your concern about the black plastic containers and their impact on recycling. Our tubs are classified as Category 1 recyclable, and they are also crafted from recycled plastic. This unique composition may result in some roadside refuse collections treating them differently during recycling processes. To address this, we suggest considering our 1.4kg chubb roll, which is packaged in a recyclable, food-grade plastic sleeve. Not only does this option contribute to sustainability, but it can also save you money per kilogram and reduce space in your recycling bin once washed.

Our Polystyrene Packaging is entirely recyclable. In 2018, 52% of the UK’s polystyrene packaging production was successfully recycled. You have the option to return these boxes to us for proper recycling.

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused by the courier service. We will address this issue with DPD. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will work on improving our delivery process to prevent such occurrences in the future. We do have an alternative courier DHL that can be used on future orders.

We appreciate you for bringing these matters to our attention. We value your loyalty and hope to continue serving you and your pets to your satisfaction.

Renew, sorted.

I had my Home Contents Renewel insurance and rang the office to negotiate a reduction on the quote. The Advisor, "LA45" was very efficient & professional in the way he handled my review. After a short interval, he offered a decent reduction in the quote to which I accepted. It made a nice change for my phone call to be answered without having to go through a load of options and overall, my experience was very positive and a big thank you to my Advisor for his help & guidance in getting my insurance up and running for another year. I can fully recommend "One Call" Insurance Brokers for their professionalism & expertise in finding the best insurance cover for my needs. Same again next year.

Convenient & Tasty

Very professional & nothings too much trouble. Very good website and easy to order. The food is good but could be a bit better with a more varied vegetable inclusion. Free delivery by very helpful delivery drivers.
Overall, we are happy with the experience of shopping with Wiltshire Farmfoods.

Lost in transit.

My order got lost in transit after waiting for it for 2 weeks. After reporting non delivery, I was asked to wait another few days and ring again to report non delivery again. A replacement was sent and this time my order arrived even though it's much smaller than described in brochure. I'm hoping it will survive?

My dog 🐕 has long ears.

My dog 🐕 has long ears and apparently, according to my Vet practice, is susceptible to infection in the ear canals. Having said that, I've had to visit the Vets to have my dog's ears looked at on several occasions over the last 3 years. My dog has had several treatments & laboratory tests on swabs taken from the ear canals. The treatment is ongoing plus medication for my dog, ( 1 tablet every day.)
3 years ago, I took out pet insurance with Animal Friends and I have had no problems at all with claims for this ongoing issue. The Vet Practice do all the claiming on my behalf and I cannot find fault with my policy with Animal Friends. Each year, I pay an excess fee of £99 and that covers my pet for 12 months of worry free claiming. I can recommend Animal Friends for pet insurance. They are worth their weight in gold and, I for one, wouldn't be without them & their support.

Always good service.

Always good service these days. A few years ago the service was slower, untrustworthy on delivery, but now, things have really improved with swifter deliveries and goods arriving at the correct destination. Maybe changing the company name to Evri has helped. My local Courier is spot on.
