Do not buy!

Every February we go away either Maldives or Caribbean. This year we thought we would try a new Suncream and spend a little bit more money. In the past we have never burnt with Piz Buin that we use (all family has dark skin). We have had the worst experience ever with Ultrasun. Burnt like we have never ever done before. We had to start putting cream on every 2 hours as didn’t want to buy cream in hotel as was so expensive. In end couldn’t stand it anymore and bought hotel cream. Do not buy this body and face cream!

Took so long to deliver

Took so long to deliver. I actually emailed them and they said they sent it. Then next day emailed them again and said would give me a refund, so had obviously not sent it. Still have not received my refund. Would not recommend.

DO NOT order from this website

DO NOT order from this website. Second time ordered and won't do it again. A shame because when you do get the items they are great.
Ordered this time on 31/3 £163 worth of jewellery. Have still not received it. There is no contact number. Don't reply to emails so resorted to Instagram. Took 2 days to come back. Said I had to wait another week to see if delivered. Then DM them again said would send replacement out and still waiting to receive acknowledgement on Instagram. Service is awful!!!

Broken Necklace

Necklace broke. Sent it back. Kept saying they were returning it fixed. One month later still not had it back. Would not recommend.

Only buy if you have a small house!!!!

I have had this for 2 months now. I have to say I love the steamer, however, the biggest downfall with it is the wire is soooooo short. I cannot get from one side of my kitchen to the other with having to change sockets. This also applies to my lounge, dining room. The wire is sooo short, so you spend so much time moving to another plug.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Second time used them this year and both times a nightmare. Today I had to wait 3 hours from landing to get my car. We had our bags within 20 mins and then stood in Terminal 1 car park for another 2hours 40 mins. At one point they could not even find our car. Throughout us ringing them they would say we are 5 mins away when they were clearly nowhere to be found. This company should be shut down!

Still not had my Order! Awful service!

Cannot really write a review about the product yet as still not received my blind! Ordered 26th February, delivery was supposed to be 8th March. The service has been awful, sent 4 emails and I eventually had to phone up to find out what was happening with the blind. Found out they didn't have the correct colour drawstring as advertised on website, so not sure what I am getting. Still not had any info to say has been despatched. Would NOT recommend this company!

Returned both dresses and still not had…

Returned both dresses and still not had an email to say received and refund going through. Have had this happen before with Motel Rocks. Returns are not the best!

Don't be fooled by ASOS next day delivery! You do not get it!

Ordered a top yesterday and when I came to pay it said up grade for £4 extra and have one year next day delivery! (I ordered this top at 10am).
When I received my email it said - Hey Tracy, you’re all signed up to Premier Delivery – that means unlimited Next-Day Delivery for a whole year*.
Only to be told today when I have not received the order that cut off was 9 am, so would not get top until Thursday! So ordered at 10 am on Tuesday and won't get until some time on Thursday. How is that next day delivery! A con! Lets see if I get the top tomorrow as at this moment not been dispatched!

Recently bought a top for my daughter

Recently bought a top for my daughter, tried it on as soon as we got it. She had no make up on at all. We returned the top as it was too small. They sent it back to me refusing to give refund as said there was make up on it. There is absolutely no make up on it and I have taken pictures and sent them to them. They either need glasses or are desperate to take peoples money from them. Will not buy from them again if this is the agro you get returning an item. Am at the minute waiting for a reply from them.

I bought a Dyson V8 about 4/5 months…

I bought a Dyson V8 about 4/5 months ago and feel I really need to write a review. In my opinion it is a very poor hoover, only good for quick cleans. No way near as good as a normal hoover. On max it only lasts for 11 minutes and when I told Dyson they said that this is correct. At this point I have only hoovered half my house and it is no point in putting it on lower setting as does not pick up adequately. In my opinion do not waste your money on one!!!
