Best team we have dealt with by far

What can I say about our installation team Qualis Energy?

We had a full air sourced heating system installed with a new heat pump, cylinder and radiators and they were the best team we have dealt with by far. Not only did they install the system on time and on budget, but they also tested and balanced the system specifically to our requirements. Not to mention they cleared, cleaned up as they went along and never left us without hot water.

Very dissappointed in this company

Very dissappointed in this company. They offered me a 50% discount via the website, then advised I needed to download the desktop app to build my photobook which I did, only to find that the discount via the app was less than what was offered on the website.

When I chatted to the advisor I was told there must be something wrong and blamed my browser cache and then went on to say that they couldn't honour the discount, even though I showed them proof of the error.

I asked for a transcript of the conversation, which I received but was truncated, so furthering my displeasure.

Needless to say, I won't be recommending this company.

After being sent a bill for over -£2500…

After being sent a bill for over -£2500 telling us we owe this I felt very distressed as the customer advisor was very rude and said we had reported wrong figures which was in correct. I find this very convenient as we are being pressured by yourself into having smart metre fitted which Scottish power messed up with the last one .

Great response to a difficult design

Although they couldn't do my complex design the agent helped me with a really nice alternative which was perfect. Great customer service and communication throughout. Will definitely use again.

Very helpful in porting my numbers…

Very helpful in porting my numbers across to their systems and went out of their way to get the service right the first time.

I also want to add this was one of the only companies willing to be open with their compliance with the new Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), which was comforting and appreciated.

The communication with the company was fantastic, they consulted all the way through our project to completion. My only negative is on final delivery the box was split open, but this is not a reflection on Helloprint.
