This is my second year of using this great service. It is very easy to use. Communication is great too. By email or WhatsApp. I used WhatsApp to supply Jason with my details. I also used the generic form. The cost of this service is very reasonable too. It’s a swift and precise service. Now I have peace of mind knowing my tax return has been submitted early. Bad customer service, shocking lazy advisors, crap communication from them. I spoke to two of them and received the same response from both of them. I have never been treated that way by a finance company before. When something goes wrong your on your own. Now I know.
I like the fact DPD use the same delivery person to deliver to my area. I always receive a text or email regarding delivery. They give you an option to deliver to a collection point if your not home. I use them to send parcels too. As the website is easy to use good prices and a safer delivery service than the cheaper carriers.
Today a new boiler was installed in my home in London. I only had to wait 3 days. My 15 year old boiler had broken down and needed replacing, so the job was urgent. The reviews on here helped me to make my discission. Waseem the engineer arrived on time and got to work. Waseem did a fantastic job, above and beyond my expectations. His plumbing work and wiring was neat and was fitted in discreetly. No dangling power cord coming out the bottom of the boiler like my old boiler had. As he is a registered engineer he truly met health and safety regulations with the installation. Which showed his confidence experience and expertise. He cleaned up and showed me how to use the boiler and thermostat. I am chuffed with myself I picked a great company that delivered all my wants without the talk. As I did all transactions by using their website and by email. So communication was spot on. Especially between office and engineer as Wassem knew what to do, and had everything I ordered. I received a courtesy call from the office and I got the chance to explain my situation and the rest is Warmzilla! Highly Recommended..., you get what you pay for.

These guys are okay when selling you items with fast delivery and easy to use website. However it's when you reach out for the much needed customer service they fail big time. I am waiting for a refund it's been over two weeks, and no where on their website do they mention a £25 handling charge if you return an item.
Proceed with care as they seem to turn up and then say they need to go and gets parts. Which bumps up the hourly charge by hundreds. A repair completed then breaks down 3 days later. Mr. Mullins needs to do a purge of his company and sack these crooks. Making Pimlico Plumbers great again.

I found it easy to fill in the form requesting medication. I paid for before one delivery and it was delivered on time by the Royal Mail. Well worth the extra pennies for medication as I found this service convenient.

I attended my second art class this week, over in Clapham London. It is a great art space and is relaxed and friendly. I booked a course of 5 weeks and I found it great value for money. The class is run by an experienced art teacher Dimitrist. Who I find enthusiastic, knowledgeable, talented and a good communicator. Dimitrist runs a small class and gives each student his time explaining how best to improve or develop their techniques. I have improved the way I look at objects and there is also a improvement to my shading abilities. I like the way he demonstrates these techniques. I also like that the course is tailored to my needs and covers all areas of producing artworks. With children attending during the day and adults in the evening, space to fit a wheelchair, the ethos surely must be, all is welcome. I have already told friends of art-K and now, I am telling you! It is great.

The reason for three stars is because, I found this product was a waste of time and money. I have never seen a gram of gold look so cheap and tacky. If they delivered a Cabury's Cream Egg to me instead, I would of thought I struck gold.
They/them used deceitful marketing tactics to lure me in. Such as the size and reduced pricing if you buy now. I fell for it after about 30 years of ignoring these kind of adverts. I am so so glad I only paid £69. plus £4. postage for this wake up call. The wife isn't, she tossed the coin somewhere behind the sofa and now we cant find the 6 mm nugget. I would not recommend this company or buying edition gold coins, go ask a Numismatist.

Many thanks for your review and the four positive points you made about shopping with us. It's a real shame that you didn't enjoy the best bit - the coin itself. We agree that the coin is small (but 11mm rather than the 6mm you suggest). It's the baby of the Sovereign family but it still packs a punch! The intrinsic gold value of the coin is £61.45 (i.e the value of the gold as scrap metal) and increasing daily at the moment. However, for the price you paid, you have obtained a Proof coin with a limited mintage of just 5,999 coins worldwide.
You might be interested to know that our 1/8th Sovereigns, because of their quality and the fact we almost always sell out of the available mintage, are selling for an average of £95.18 on Ebay at the moment - not sure if you can get that for a Cream Egg? Anyway, we hope this encourages you to dig out our coin from the back of the sofa!

From start to finish Tapi Putney have been marvelous. Firstly a salesman came to my home to help me select a carpet and measured up. Then an appointment was made for fitting. Secondly the fitters came on time and did a great job fitting the carpet. They cleaned up any mess and left me to enjoy the new carpet. Donna and David of Tapi Putney did a tremendous job in helping me with an after sale enquiry. Which they exceeded my expectations. Big thanks to you both. I would recommend visiting Tapi in the shop or online and order up to three free samples. Then arrange for an home visit from sales. I've been seeing the Short and Sons Accountants service advertised in the taxi newspaper for sometime. So after reading the five stars reviews I decided to give them a go. I am happy I did as they made it so simple to submit files and paper work. Not to mention good communication by phone email and text. Then they did the work and submitted my tax return in a timely fashion. All for a reasonable fee! Thanks guys I have recommended your great service to a friend.

If you live in London then forget these guys as they will not deliver a bed to you if they can not park. The reason they can not park is because they turn up in a lorry that takes the space of 3 cars. The lorry was as big as a removal truck. You would have to suspend a parking bay to park that size of lorry. If you live on a back street forget ordering a bed from here as their truck is far too big for any delivery in London back residential streets. I recommend they learn how to deliver flat pack packages from Ikea, John Lewis and B and Q. Never a problem with deliveries from these guys as they never turn up in a removal lorry and say they can't park. Then I get an email from them telling me it take two weeks for a refund to be issued to my card. Having 15 years retail experience I know refunds takes moments to do. So now they have lost me money and time. I will apply for a refund through my card provider.
Easy to use website. Good selection of products at competitive prices. Cheapest online including free delivery. Item was well packaged and superfast postage made this transaction smoother than a newly plastered wall. Thanks guys.
Marks Electrical was far the cheapest when I googled my item. Saving £25. Plus with free next day delivery on white goods was a first. On a Sunday! Exceptionally good service and value. The delivery men were just as good, supplying me with a two hour window and text messages to let me know they are moments away. Five star company.

I liked their website as obscure glass and clear glass products were easily found, unlike some other door websites. Their prices were competitive too, so I had no worries there. When the doors arrived I was overjoyed with the quality. They have a heavy solid wood feel and look well made. The doors will add a smart touch to my home, they will be up soon. The delivery of the door was good, as you can track and locate your driver in real time. So no long waits. In all a very happy transaction.
