The ordering process was very easy, and delivery very good. on unpacking the bandsaw I found that one of the cable strain relief glands had been very badly bent (obviously during the packing of the machine) so on cantact Charnwood I was askedto send a photo of the damage and one of the engineers phoned me back, and after discussing the problem with him he put a replacement part in the post straight away, which was very useful because I visions of having to repack the machine and return it. I have used the company since for some other extras and waspleased with the speed of delivery. I have no hesitation in recommending the company
