Bought some RAM from them on the 1st on a whim. On the 2nd I was told it was cancelled and I would receive a refund. I requested to know when it would be refunded on the 5th and got nothing. I requested again on the 10th when I would see this refund, and got told a few days. It is now the 17th and still not received this refund.
