I've been with the platform for over 3 years. During this time I've "NEVER" been able to take a withdrawal. Every single time that I do, they send me a "per our policy, you need to...", and reject the request. Some of these requests are for UK Tax, Maintenance Fees, KYC fees, etc. Other than Top-Up fees, there are no pre-existing "policies", "disclosures", or documented contracts that they can really abide by. Actions are been filed with Federal agency bureaus in multiple countries. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME... If you look at the other reviews on this site, they are from accounts that are recently created...

I tried to work with them to settle my account, but they continue to give me the run-around, making claims about their "Risk and Compliance" team and again with their policies...
