The company has an issue with the size of certain items. The item I had purchased was 1 meter long. I contacted them for an estimated shipping cost, waited a week and opened a ticket just for them to take three days to tell me that they cancelled the order due to the size of the item. I have paid over eleven dollars for international shipping before and would've done it again so this is a major failure on their end as far as fulfillment and customer service goes, I would attempt to find something state side before trying your luck here. I will admit to misunderstanding before that it was due to a quantity issue, the company has no minimum quantity for purchase but items over 1 meter long cannot be shipped to the US.
