Would give zero (0) stars if i could. I order lots of clothing online and have never given a return policy much scrutiny - I will now. Bought two pair of "leather" boots - well, they're not leather - not sure what kind of material it is. Plastic maybe? Anyway, want to return - what a racket. The policy states it must be within a certain number of hours - HOURS?? Getting in touch with customer service takes over a day for a cryptic response, then a back and forth for 2 days, then no return address. Ughhhh. Never again. Save yourself lots of grief.
