several complications
ordered several items a few months ago. shipping to europe works but you don’t get notified on time, i only received more information on shipping after i emailed them. after that almost everything went smooth they got my order mixed up, as a compensation i got to keep the item i received instead of my ordered one. so far so good, they asked me if i wanted a refund or my item and i replied with “i want the item”, two months have passed and nothing occured, neither communication nor shipping. i tried to email them several times this week again, asking for a refund instead but the message could not be delivered via email :( the shop is legit, and the jewelry is cute and doesn’t tarnish however certain actions or the lack thereof just make it appear really sketchy. i have sympathy since it’s a small business and i really don’t want to be an entitled customer but money is also tight for me and i could use a refund if i can’t get the item :/
