I've tested their services in the beta phase, being between the first people that had access to see them. The quality of the servers were as good as possible, providing great technical support really fast. They were also able to help me with some of my issues that were caused by my incompetence.
I can say that Alex's a really hardworking person and I'll sure use their services for gaming if in dire need!
