Unable to return unwanted items

Ordered as a guest. However, the website won't let me return part of my order easily. I've tried entering my order details on Sites-Lee-Site/en_GB/Order-TrackOrder but i get the following error:
We're sorry, but the email or ZIP code entered does not match our records. Please check your information and try again.

Regardless of it not working, the process of even finding the right link & method of returning is not straightforward at all.
