Happy customer at EVR since 2017, but not anymore!
They claim (after reading bad medical notes from a doctor) that I shouldn't not have gone on a business trip since I had experienced knee pain on and off for 3 weeks. The trip started on Monads, I was able to walk and travel without issues to Stockholm.
Tuesday morning at Arlanda my knee locked completely and I had to go to the ICU, being wheeled out from the airport in a wheelchair.
taxi fares are denied and new train ticket home (domestically) is rejected.
Add poor communication, tools to submit expense report that don't work properly (I spent 2 hours to submit 6 taxi receipts, due to crappy errors in the portal), and no interest whatsoever in ringing me up to discuss what kind of proof they would be interested in, just the same statement over and over again, doctors note state that I have said I had knee pain on and off for 3 weeks, hence the condition was already existing...
ICU checked that nothing was broken, MRI a few days later back in Goteborg concluded bakers cyst/inflammation-but ERV isn't even interesting to understand what happened.
Bye Bye ERGO! Sorry that you got sold ERV!
