I can not trust this company.
The plug for "mycarelink relay home communicator 24960" is designed so that I have to find and buy a special adaptor so that my bedside light can share the same power socket. In addtion all the information and manuals are hidden in the packaging and it was pure luck I spotted them. Plus there is no email or phone number for their office.

If the company is not capable to doing these simple things, how can we be sure their product actually works and that they are honest in their privacy statements.
We are told to contact the USA, Netherlands or Canada if we live in the UK and there are problems!!!!!!
