I am a night nurse and bought my Snoozeband Deluxe to improve the quality of my day time sleep so I could be refreshed for going back on duty.I must I am very impressed..its fantastic for blocking out outside noise,or our dogs barking,whilst I'm snoozing.I'm a side sleeper but this is NO problem with the Snoozeband Deluxe..its so comfortable and lovely to wear.I've already recommended it to my night nurse colleagues.
