Mostly I get paid but there are always extras which suddenly do not get paid for. The price to adhere to the set up go up and up but payouts get less and less. No advance warning. I am seriously considering putting the monthly cost into a savings account instead!
If you claim anything out of the ordinary your premiums double!! Why do they not encourage you to prevent illness, I.e
Vaccinations, instead of penalising you? If they have the true well-being of the animal as their beliefs they would cover the cost of Vaccinations!
