I have bought a 2015 Mercedes from Autohero and I have had the car for about a month now. The experience from calling them, to test cars, to signing, to negotiations and garanti events have been great. Quick responses and nice people. I have had 2 garanti requests and they have taken care of it without annoying me with reasons "why its not included" (which a lot of other garanties would do). I have had 2 issues with the car (nothing serious, its an old car so its expected, the car was quite nicely handed over in a good condition), and they graciously took care of it without questions, exactly as they promised me.

I think when it comes to buying cars, its as safe of a choice as it gets! To be honest, for a second hand car, it will always have flaws. They dont hide it, you know what you buy and thats all you need. They even mark the smallest scratches for you, and bigger issues BEFORE you even go to see the car. I consider the car exactly as promised, nothing more than what I was promised, nothing less.
