Start off with the excellent customer service Rashid offer over the phone for the switch over - minor IT issues but he resolved them and contacted me a little after our initial call to get me switched over. Never been so relieved and impressed at how fast the switch from Virgin Media was! Wow!
Next day installation which was today - Stevyn was awesome, he guided me through all the steps, grafted hard to get the cable installed and setup all neat and tidy! Was a top guy, both deserve an Amazon voucher if you ask me!! Honestly if you are stuck with Virgin and Sky and are sick of the service and just want top internet, these are the guys - will update if I experience anything different but so far wow. Take a bow son.
