We hired Chef Laurie for an intimate dinner party of 6 and were blown away by the gorgeous food he created for us. He was super flexible with the menu to ensure everyone’s needs / tastes were catered for and was super responsive in the lead up to the event. Chef Laurie was a great addition to the evening very unobtrusive yet friendly providing us with little overviews of every course and the kitchen was left absolutely immaculate. Would highly recommend!
