The customer service is awful
The customer service is rather not helpful at all. If you want to unregister its a long process and of course you have to pay the last box because it doesn’t matter when you unregister they have already process your box.
To be honest the concept is good but they just want to take as much money from the customers as possible, offering little to no help when you try to unsubscribe or stop giving them as much money as you are giving them
