I contacted Lee via the website after a pair of jeans I purchased got a hole in them, after only 3 months. Within 24 hours, I'd had my first email from them asking for photos and product details and within the next 24 hours, I'd had further reply to say they had fully refunded me and given me a 20% discount code to use on my next purchase without any challenge or hassle. Really appreciated the 5 ⭐️ customer service and friendly, prompt emails from Marco! Thanks again.
