Customer service is none existent
Customer service is none existent. I paid for a 3 year membership however there was no invoice created for it. I cant reconcile my bank account without it. I have sent 5 online requests through the HiNotes app with no respose. I have emailed seperately with no respose. There is no customer service number to speak to a person. I want a full refund for the membership and I will take my money elsewhere. If this is not completed then I will be taking further action and contact with FCA.
