Renewal process on the phone was quick

Renewal process on the phone was quick. Staff on the phone were polite, friendly and knowledgable. No heavy sales for "extras". Premium was acceptable and I did not feel they charged extra for loyalty (repeat business). I can't comment on claims process, as this was a renwal.
