Bought a glass picture in a frame. It was scratched everywhere. Obviously it occurred during the manufacturing process and not in shipping as they then covered it with protective film. Contacted company, they offered a 10% discount. We went back and forth for a bit but then they agreed to send a NEW one. It arrived, it looks Amazing, even better than we expected. Hey, everyone makes mistakes but what matters is how a company owns up and fixes it. Thank you
