Didn't honour their warranty on a van a…

Didn't honour their warranty on a van a year old - gave the garage a list of things to try to fix the adblue system rather than replace the part- which is fair enough - but then proceeded to tell the garage that they wouldn't cover the costs.
I won't buy from the supplying company any more vehicles nor from anyone involved with Opteven

Coverage of repairs depends on the cover provided by your warranty. It appears that in the case of this request, the part was not covered, which is why we cannot cover it.
