We booked a end of tenancy cleaning through their website. We paid online and received multiple emails confirming and reminded us the booking. They day of the cleaning nobody arrived. I emailed them and they had no record of the booking. I called them and they could not understand what had happened and how I paid online (they were not aware their website could collect payments). In the end, they could not provide a solution on time before giving our keys back and had to arrange a last minute cleaning with a different company. Then they could not refund me so I had to challenge the payment through my bank. I do not recommend this company and definitely DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE.
