My daughter has T1DM and we’ve been using Medtronic products for about 3 years. I’m very impressed by them, but I’m not paying- the NHS is. The customer service is excellent- you can speak to a person within a few rings. Her pump malfunctioned whilst on holiday in Austria I’m 2023 and they sent a replacement pump by courier, overnight from Amsterdam, to arrive at 6:30am - about 36 hrs after the call. Very impressed.
