Awful company and customer service!

Made a booking in error and the company refused to help me. They said they have a no refund policy and therefore cannot do anything to help. Terrible service!

Will never ever use again and will not recommend this company to anyone else to use.

Terrible, terrible customer service!

Thank you for leaving us a review. We value and respond to all of the customer feedback we receive.

I was disappointed to hear that you had made an error whilst completing your online booking and whilst we appreciate that it was human error that you have selected the wrong venue, this particular chain of hotels has a very strict cancellation policy.

Whilst all Spabreaks.com online bookings are non refundable, as a third party booking company Spabreaks.com would have been happy to assist you with amending your booking however we do have to adhere to the cancellation policies of our suppliers who in this instance would not permit your booking to be cancelled.

We apologise for any disappointment caused but on this occasion as much as we would have liked to assist you Spabreaks.com were unable to.
