Excellent service from the moment we walked into the showroom. Tom explained every detail and made us feel really comfortable regarding our first venture into a log burner, every detail was attended to and due to the fact the burner was to be installed into a glass garden room Jonnie who was the installer came out to survey and make sure everything was good to go. Turned up bang on time on the day, fitted, tested and gave us all the information we needed. Fair price was quoted for supply and parts, install was separate but once complete we were reimbursed for the parts/items that were not needed….cannot fault anything about the experience and would highly recommend Flames of Hull.
