Subscription Cancellation and Lack of Response
I recently purchased goods from this company, and to my surprise, I was automatically subscribed to a service. After being charged for the first subscription, I immediately tried to cancel it. However, despite sending four emails, I have not received a single response.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, and the lack of communication reflects very poorly on the company's customer service. It's disappointing to see such disregard for customers, and I would not recommend this business to anyone expecting reliable support or transparency.
