Subscription Cancellation and Lack of Response

I recently purchased goods from this company, and to my surprise, I was automatically subscribed to a service. After being charged for the first subscription, I immediately tried to cancel it. However, despite sending four emails, I have not received a single response.

This experience has been extremely frustrating, and the lack of communication reflects very poorly on the company's customer service. It's disappointing to see such disregard for customers, and I would not recommend this business to anyone expecting reliable support or transparency.

We've investigated your account and found that your subscription was cancelled on August 1st, the same day you contacted us. However, we haven't received any further communication from you since then.

We have also checked if there was any further order, but no orders were found.

Please note that our website clearly outlines the subscription process, allowing customers to choose between one-time purchases and subscription programs. We believe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the subscription process.
