Sadly evri didn’t deliver my parcel from them, wich is a shame because the item looked great on Amazon and the company is one I would trust to buy from. Once I realised my item wasn’t coming the company offered me a refund or replacement straight away but I’d already bought from elsewhere as it was too late now and the item was a gift ( sadly it still hasn’t arrived thanks to evri)

The customer service team especially claudio who was in constant communication with was excellent and can’t be faulted.

First class customer service but sadly the company let down by the delivery company evri
