we dealt with Aidan first after spending the day visiting a few likewise outlets and he took his time showed us around and we left with a good feeling about making a purchase, he also gave us a qoute for a gas stove and surround we liked. We called back a few days later and met Phil you was equally attentive and positive but while there we spotted a different unit we both liked and Phil very quickly gave us a qoute, we paid the deposit and agreed an installation date. Alan then engineer came out to do the survey again a very positive attitude and has carried out the installation perfectly.... Excellent service all round.
