Exceptional service from start to finish. We were totally unsure of what we were looking for and after much deliberation, with the help of great staff, we eventually decided. We even had the fireplace altered to suit our requirements, taking much needed advice from them. Installed today. Absolutely pleased with the end result and the two young men who came this morning, were very polite and worked quickly and professionally. Cannot fault anything about this company. Thank you so much
