When you make a refund request they not answer you back! I filled case request and until now they not answering me back. Order go fast and shipping but when u ask for refund they shut the door! Isn’t really good service never buy by them anymore!

Sorry to hear that you have not receive any answers yet. Usually our handling time is 1-2 business days. Sometimes the queue can grow so we cannot answer in that time.
