AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Royal Mail had said they had delivered my package but they did not deliver it to me! MYPERFECTSCENTS helped to try and track the parcel down and kept me informed every step.of the way. When Royal mail said they delivered to someone within a range of.my addressas per their T&C which meant could have been anyone and they have just not given it to me!!!! I did check with my actual neighbours as they are very good friends but none of them had my delivery. So I don't know who Royal.mail deliverd to and said it was delivered!!!!!!
My perfect scents have posted me out my samples again. HONESTLY THEY WERE AMAZING. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN.
