worst online shopping
If I had read opinions about shopping at Undiz online store, I would never have made a purchase. I made a purchase on Undiz Polska on 29 November. I haven't received my parcel yet. I have already sent two emails. Two days later they replied that they were sorry and that I should wait. I just don't know how long. The only change after my email was that the terms and conditions appeared on the Polish website. Still no contact details. Article 7: Right of withdrawal is interesting: "Please refer to Global-E's terms and conditions". I don't know where to find them as there is no link. I do a lot of online shopping, but I have never seen a shop like this before. All my friends already know not to shop there online.
I see that Undiz responds faster here, so maybe I will find out whether the gift will arrive in time for Christmas. The order number is GE5043228657FR.
