Delivery time - never?

Found a product that I wanted to order. I paid for it, and they sent me the tracking code. The tracking code says, "waiting for delivery from the seller to the post office." That's all I can see. They mentioned a delivery time of 2-3 business days, but it's been more than a week, and the delivery has yet to begin. The support service doesn't have any information on when the delivery will happen. I didn't order something unique; I ordered just watches that can be purchased anywhere. However, in this store, they cost approximately 100 euros less. This might be the issue. I'm really disappointed that I didn't read these reviews before making this purchase. I believe that if the delivery time is so unpredictable, it should be explicitly mentioned, rather than promising 2-4 business days, which is not true.
