Booked a visit as our house is more than 20 miles from the store. Received a courtesy call an hour beforehand to check all good and to confirm arrival time. Malcolm arrived on time, measured up, offered great advice, and we settled on flooring for entrance hall, hall, and 4 rooms. Great service.
