Another awful service - Check your grading!!!!!!

Another grading issue again,
I brought some Huawei freebuds pro 2 Grade A on 29/05/23 from the Long Eaton (The colleague opened the box, not sealed and showed me them) no issues.
They were a gift but no longer needed so I returned them to my local branch (Tamworth) on 17/06.23 only to be told they are a Grade B as they are not sealed and used without any evidence. They weren't used and I brought them unsealed as stated above.
What makes it worse I brought a tablet as I needed one, which was Graded A but wasn't sealed and looked used !!!! It seems you charge more when people want something and give less when people sell stuff. Seems i'm not the only one mentioning regarding the grading issue.
I'd like this sorting please

Thank you for leaving us a review.

Please be advised that we do not buy sealed items and sealed items are unsealed in order to test them before purchase. If you've purchased a grade-A item, it will be in mint/immaculate condition with the original box and accessories in the same condition as the item.

Please be advised that items are always sold under the same grade they're purchased in and so it wouldn't be beneficial for us to downgrade an item if it fits all the parameters for a higher grade. When the item was bought back into the store on 17th June, it wasn't in a grade-A condition which is why the store re-graded them to 'B'.

I have also sent you an email addressing this further. If you do not see the mail in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folders as well, as the email could have filtered down.
