Bad Experience, received wrong item, slow to respond. Would not buy from them again

All items should be quality checked before leaving our warehouse, on this occasion our usual standards haven't been met, I do apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused you. I can see a member of our customer service team emailed on you on 14/2 and offered a pre-paid return label so you can return the item, we have yet to receive a response so can you please check your inbox and reply at your earliest convenience.
