I wish I could leave more stars

I wish I could leave more stars, but unfortunately my experience has been pretty bad so far. I ordered a pair of jeans which have been returned to Lee by courier for no reason - okay, that's the courier's fault - but so far no refund, even though the parcel has arrived at the warehouse some time ago. I placed another order, now for two pairs of jeans, and after a week, one pair was cancelled. Weird, because they're still in stock? Anyway, the other pair hasn't even been shipped after a week of waiting. So now I have no jeans nor almost 200 euros that I've spent. On top of that, the customer service is unresponsive to my questions. That pushed me to leave this frustrated review.
