Customer support can work a tiny bit better
I've bought Braun razor on 21/11/2022. At the time of a purchase the website promised a cashback of EUR 30,- from the manufacturer. However, some time later I have discovered that the cashback is actually EUR 20,- and BCC did not update information on their website on time. I complained on the phone and the agent has told me to write a written complaint. I did that and received a blunt reply from another support agent saying that she doesn't see anything being wrong at all. Since then, no reply from BCC. Therefore, I recommend not to buy any products with the manufacturer's cashback promotion via BCC or at least make sure to actually validate cashback promise on a manufacturer's website.
Update 16/12. Changed to 4 stars from 1 star. After posting this review I have been contacted by another support employee. He has apologised and offered a voucher which I think is a fair solution. Made me happy at the end. At the same time, still 4 stars and not 5 because I think this whole negative review could have been avoided if the first point of contact would have provided a decent reply. Anyways, thanks Andre.
