I had ordered a refrigerator since 7th October,the day after on 8th morning I cancelled my order because I recognized that it doesn't fit in my kitchen,so I cancelled my order before shipping.
From that day till now I couldn't get my money back .
Every 7 working days I am calling bcc staying waiting on the telephone for at least one hour to reach an employee and all of them they said we will open an investigation to see where is the mistake.
From 6 working days one of their employees tell me that there is a mistake and my refund hasn't done yet and he sent an email that they are working on the refund but until now nothing happened.
I don't want to hear apologies as usual and nothing happens,I want my money .
The baddest customer service I have ever deal with it.
