Previously I write a bad review and…

Previously I write a bad review and they contact me ,and after 2 month nothing...I didn't receive my money back and they didn't want to send it to me on another IBAN,my previous are blocked and they send this money for the 4 time to my blocked accountant I ask them if they can to resend to me that MacBook and silent...nobody answer to me and nobody can solved my problem..a bad service guys really

Beste Sorin, we hebben ondertussen drie keer met je bank gesproken wat vrij uitzonderlijk is. Ons is bevestigd dat het geld op je rekening staat. We kunnen je niet bellen vanwege je in het buitenland zit. Communicatie verloopt enkel via TrustPilot. We hebben al een aantal pogingen gedaan je te spreken of je gevraagd ons terug te bellen. Bel ons alsjeblieft als je nog verdere vragen hebt.
