I ordered several in-game items for PS5 Elden Ring (UTP2203196C9B9BD1). I didn't receive 3 of the items I paid for, even recorded the drop for proof (I recommend you all do the same). UTPlay support was barely responsive, then after 2 days of going back and forth, they said "order completed" and stopped helping. These items are literally free for them and I paid for something I didn't receive. I wouldn't recommend purchasing through this website, there are better ones out there.
