Driver ignored instructions left on my front door,he attempted delivery twice,the package was then delivered to a Morrison store pick up point.I collected on Sat 27th,you advised me today the package had not been collected,I called your customer service to inform them,almost had to convince them I had actually picked it up.Very sloppy service all round.
