If I could give it no stars I would

If I could give it no stars I would.
Like many others I wish I reed these reviews.
I ordered a harness on the 30th of august and still no delivery. I’ve sent over 12 emails. All I get is generic emails stated their T&C.
I’ve asked numerous times for the GM,supervisor or owner to contact me.
I’ve pleaded with them for a refund so I can go and buy a harness locally so I can take my cat outside,but they have refused.My cat still can’t go oustside. By their silence,it’s clear they don’t care.
They need to seriously overhaul their costumer service,or lack of it.
They claim it’s Australia post’s fault.
All my other goods I ordered on 30th of August from pet post,pet circle and habitat pets came 4 days later.
Now they have stopped responding to my emails and their tracking won’t update. It seems they may have blocked me since I my last 5 emails,I dint receive a generated email confirming that pet pend have received it.

They claim to be a ‘family pet company’??
I will never be ordering from Pet Pend again.
