Customer service disaster

Customer service disaster, truly regret our decision to work with laminaatenParket.no

Our laminaaten has been installed with poor quality and all the fishbone parakeet started to come off after the installment. To get it fixed, with no exaggeration we had to call the company and their outsourced service guys at least 10 times and then it was a whole blame game. The Laminaatenwnparket.no blamed the service guys for poor work and the service guys blamed the company for not providing the proper glue and not getting paid, which we definitely should nothing to have with.

Plus, overall quality is also poor. The floor is constantly creaking :(


Unfortunately, our nightmare is yet not over. The guys installed the parakeet and left without installing the plinths. Again, with no exaggeration we had to call their outsource service guys maybe 10 times in total. Delays, excuses, no call backs. It’s been 4 weeks, we still don’t have the plinths yet. Still we are the ones to chase all these installment guys.

While we paid it all in advance, we still couldn’t get what we have paid for. Our next step is legal action, for your mental health stay away.
