They deserve less than 1 star actually...
My 3 month old car broke (heater failed in the winter) so contacted them as they are the nearest to me. On the first call they told me it would take 2 weeks to get a courtesy car. After some arguing (they dont seem to help without), they arranged to look at the car 4 days later. There were 3 things wrong with it - heater, imperfection on steering leather and 1 manufacturer recall. They called me and said it will take an extra day to investigate heater. Day 2 comes and they tried telling me that the steering wheel was fine (it wasnt, unfortunately for them i own 2 identical cars). On day 3 they give me a courtesy car and tell me it would take 2 - 3 weeks to order the heater parts. i called them on day 15 for an update (no word in the interim) and the only update i had was that the person dealing with it no longer works at MB hetford. it's now day 18 and still no word, update or apology. In the interim i am expected to use the lesser courtesy car.
Absolutely terrible service overall and doesnt even marginally compare to that of BMW. BMW have the nicest people willing to help (BMW Luton do anyway).
Hugely disappointing that the car broke after 3 months and that MB Hertford simply don't give a s**t
In summary, avoid these guys like the plague.
