I ordered my frames on Nov 19-2019, just frames no prescription and I still haven't received them. Their processing policy says 1 day to process if it's only frames with no Rx, yet it took 5 days for them to be ready and shipped. Their shipping policy indicates standard shipping to Canada is 7-15 days. When my glasses shipped the estimated delivery date was Dec 14-15, 25 days later and my glasses are still 4 provinces over and will definitely not be here for the Dec 19.
The prep and shipping time is more than what they say they is their standard. I understand that mail can be a little slower during the holiday season, but every other order that I've placed with other companies have all arrived in the window of their delivery time and sometimes faster, so it can't be that.
